From the Home tab you can photograph an itchy patch, calculate your EASI (Eczema Area & Severity Index), record your weekly POEM (Patient-Oriented Eczema Measure), or scan a product ingredient label. The Itch tab logs scratch events on a 0–10 scale. The Forecast tab shows today's flare-risk based on local humidity, pollen and wind. The AI Coach tab (Pro) gives chat-style guidance grounded in dermatology guidelines.
Pro unlocks AI Flare Grading, AI Eczema Coach chat, and AI Pattern Insights. It is an auto-renewing subscription, available as Monthly ($4.99) or Yearly ($29.99). Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription auto-renews at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal price may change with a 30-day notice.
Open iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Eczema → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. Your Pro features will continue until the end of the current paid period.
Open the app, go to the paywall (Eczema Pro screen), and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used for the original purchase. Subscriptions tied to your Apple Account are restored automatically.
All in-app purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
No. Every AI feature in the app is an educational, pattern-matching tool. It does not diagnose, prescribe medication, or replace a dermatologist. Always consult a licensed clinician for medical decisions, especially before starting, stopping or changing treatments such as topical steroids, calcineurin inhibitors, or biologics.
Yes. Your photos, itch logs, EASI/POEM scores and trigger history live on your device only. We do not run accounts and do not collect analytics. Pro AI features send only what you explicitly choose (a single photo or an anonymised text summary) to Google Gemini, gated by a per-feature consent screen. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The app does not store any personal data on our servers. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored photos, logs, scores and preferences from your device.

The app is not distributed in mainland China. Outside China, Pro AI features call Google Gemini for pattern insights, flare grading, and chat coaching. The daily forecast uses Open-Meteo.
